Return & Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all products delivered meet high quality and safety standards. Please read the policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is expired or unfit for use upon arrival

To be eligible:

• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Proper proof such as photos or videos must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used items
• Products with tampered or broken seals
• Perishable goods such as oils, cow ghee, and organic enhancers once opened
• Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

• Send your request to keshavagrooils@gmail.com with order details and supporting evidence
• After verification, instructions for return (if applicable) will be shared
• Do not send products back without approval

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved
• If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method
• In certain cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund

5. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to an error or defect, return shipping costs will be covered
• For other approved cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

7. Important Notes

• Natural variations in color, texture, or aroma of organic and seed-based products are normal and not considered defects
• Stone crushed powders and natural oils may have slight inconsistencies due to traditional processing methods
